EmpowerNext Foundation is dedicated to empowering the youth by creating sustainable digital entrepreneurship opportunities. Through comprehensive training, mentorship, and integration into the digital ecosystem, we aim to equip young men and women with the skills necessary to foster economic independence, contribute to economic growth, and achieve the Sustainable Development Goals of zero poverty, quality education, gender equality, decent work, reduced inequalities, and global partnerships to build a resilient, skilled, and inclusive entrepreneurial community.

Ashik Iqbal

Ashik Iqbal is a seasoned marketing professional and Entrepreneur with over 18 years of expertise in marketing communication, sales, e-commerce, BTL agency, media and public relations. Currently pursuing his second Master’s in Marketing at Linnaeus University, Sweden, Ashik also served as a university guest faculty in marketing communication, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, where he inspires the next generation of changemakers.
As the founder of EmpowerNext Foundation, Ashik envisions creating a global impact for youth by combining his deep knowledge of entrepreneurship, marketing, and digital transformation with a strong commitment to sustainability, empowerment, and circular economy practices. His mission is to build platforms that enable young people to innovate, digitize, and grow with dignity, while contributing to a more sustainable and inclusive future.
With a career marked by both corporate excellence and academic leadership, Ashik brings a unique blend of visionary thinking and practical execution, aiming to transform challenges into opportunities that empower communities and nurture future leaders worldwide.
Md. Tawfiq Hossan Khan
Vice Chairman
With nearly two decades of high-stake experience, I am a seasoned sales and distribution strategist specializing in building robust market ecosystems from scratch. My career is defined by a transition from corporate sales leadership to becoming a prominent multi-sector distributor, managing large-scale operations across the most competitive landscapes in Dhaka.
I hold both a BBA and an MBA in Marketing, providing a rigorous theoretical framework for my practical expertise in consumer behavior, brand positioning, and channel dynamics.
My career began in the leading telecommunications sector, where I mastered the fundamentals of sales and distribution within a leading multinational environment. This corporate foundation paved the way for a 13-year tenure as a business owner and independent distributor.
I have served as a trusted partner for multiple multinational corporations, scaling distribution networks across diverse and challenging industries. Have Deep operational experience in MFS (Mobile Financial Services), FMCG, Telecommunications, and Tobacco. Also build an own distribution network for own import products distribution.
Currently lead a workforce of over 300 sales employees, providing comprehensive market coverage across the entirety of Dhaka City.
Focusing on channel development, optimizing supply chains, enhancing retail penetration, and driving sustainable revenue growth.
I pride myself on being a visionary leader who doesn’t just manage logistics but anticipates market shifts. My approach combines data-driven marketing insights with the “boots-on-the-ground” reality of sales, ensuring that every brand I represent achieves maximum visibility and market share.
Rajib Hasan, PhD
General Secretary
Rajib Hasan is a senior development professional and disability~rehabilitation specialist with more than two decades of experience in disability services inclusion, social welfare policy, and institutional development in Bangladesh. As General Secretary of EmpowerNext Foundation, he provides strategic leadership in advancing youth empowerment, social innovation, and inclusive development initiatives.
He has served as Disability Specialist at the National Disabled Development Foundation under the Ministry of Social Welfare, Government of Bangladesh, where he has contributed in National-level policy planning and program implementation aimed at improving the lives of persons with disabilities.
Mr. Hasan also plays key leadership roles across the rehabilitation and disability sector, including services as project based at Neuro-Development Disability Protection Trust (NDDPT) and significant role play to format the Bangladesh Rehabilitation Council through passing the Act in 2018 at National Perliament. His earlier work with the World Bank–funded IDA program further strengthened national disability inclusion initiatives, which MoSW through JPUF has 103 setup as Integrated Disability Service Center in all 64 Districts and One Stop Service of Mobile Rehabilitation Vans.
With extensive experience across government, development organizations, and rehabilitation institutions, Rajib Hasan brings a strong commitment to inclusive policy, community empowerment, and sustainable social impact. Through EmpowerNext Foundation, he supports initiatives that create opportunities for youth, promote inclusive entrepreneurship, and advance equitable development.
Nazrul Islam

Mr. Nazrul Islam holds a BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and brings over 15 years of professional experience in
Administration, Logistics, Procurement, Accounts and Human Resource Management across leading multinational companies. His career has been dedicated to strengthening organizational efficiency, building effective systems, and leading teams with integrity and purpose. With a solid foundation in both business management and people operations, he have successfully driven improvements in workplace culture, streamlined processes, and ensured sustainable growth.
Beyond his professional journey, he is deeply passionate about youth development and aspires to contribute to creating opportunities that empower the next generation in our country. He believes in combining expertise with a vision for social impact—bridging professional excellence with community advancement. His vision is to support initiatives that create opportunities for young people, enhance their skills, and prepare them to contribute effectively to the nation’s progress.
Chowdhury Naim Ahmed Mujib

Chowdhury Naim Ahmed Mujib is a communications specialist with proven expertise in business communications and purpose-driven storytelling. He serves as a communications consultant for a NGO dedicated to delivering quality education to marginalized children. Alongside his professional commitments, he is a regular commentator in national newspapers, where his opinion pieces address critical social issues in Bangladesh, including urban infrastructure, women’s safety, and community-led development.

Syed Osama Mosharraf is a dedicated and forward-thinking professional currently serving as a board member of EmpowerNext Foundation. With a BBA and MBA in Marketing from East West University, he is committed to applying his academic background and entrepreneurial experience to drive youth empowerment and digital transformation in Bangladesh. Osama’s entrepreneurial journey began during his university years, where he explored various small business ventures, sparking his interest in business development and digital growth.
Over the years, Osama has cultivated expertise in partnership management, corporate sales, and distribution strategy. Currently, he manages small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and brands, focusing on helping them scale and succeed on digital platforms, particularly in the rapidly expanding e-commerce sector. His work involves developing tailored strategies to facilitate growth and ensure sustainable success in the digital economy. At EmpowerNext Foundation, Osama is fully aligned with the organization’s mission to empower the next generation of Bangladeshi entrepreneurs, with a special emphasis on promoting gender equality. He is committed to providing young entrepreneurs with the skills, mentorship, and resources they need to thrive in today’s economy . Osama’s efforts are driven by a strong focus on fostering inclusive growth, gender equality, and sustainable entrepreneurship, helping youth overcome barriers and realize their potential. Through strategic partnerships and innovative programs, he contributes to the foundation’s vision of cultivating a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem that promotes youth-led economic growth, inclusivity, and long-term social impact.
Mizanur Rahaman

This is Mizanur Rahaman who completed both his BBA and MBA in Marketing from the University of Dhaka, which has provided him a strong academic foundation in business and communication.
For the past 15 years, he have been working in the apparel industry, where he have learned not only about business and production but also about teamwork, responsibility, and building relationships across cultures as well as team leadership and client communication.
Through his career, he had the chance to lead teams, solve challenges and work with well-known international brands. But beyond professional growth, what has always inspired him most is the idea of making a meaningful contribution to people’s lives and he is passionate about contributing to society and believe in the power of collective effort to bring sustainable change. Through this foundation, He hope to apply his knowledge, experience, and leadership skills in initiatives that foster community development, education and social well-being.
That is why he feels strongly about being part of this foundation. He believe that if we combine our skills, experiences, and compassion, we can create real change in our communities—whether it’s through supporting education, empowering youth, or helping those in need.
His goal is to support the foundation’s vision and to play a role in building a more inclusive, compassionate, and sustainable society.
